The following conditions apply to the use of our web catalogue
and must be observed!

§1 entries:
(1) Standard entries for commercial pages are free!
(2) No entries will be accepted from politically extremist, discriminatory nor legally or morally questionable pages, including pages with illegal content such as software cracks, warez etc.
This restriction also applies to pages that contain links to or advertising for such content.
(3) Incomplete web sites (building sites), sites without any real content (banner farms) and pages that either open a dialer or more than one Popup window will not be accepted, or will be subsequently deleted.

§2 (not applicable)

§3 Premium entries:
(1) A premium entry on our homepage, at the top in the middle, is chargeable. The annual charge is &eur;250.- plus 19% VAT.
(2) A Top Link Partner entry, at the top on the right, on each individual page costs &eur;100.- annually plus 19% VAT.
(3) Visually highlighted entries - premium entries - positioned above the categories, are free if a backlink to our website is made on the homepage. Without a backlink an annual charge of &eur;50.- plus 19% VAT is payable.
(4) For an entry on product pages (sub-pages of your domain) we charge an additional &eur;20.- plus 19% VAT annually.
(5) The contract duration for premium entries is 12 months and will renew automatically for a period of one year if not cancelled 4 weeks prior to expiry of the contract.
  (6) If the annual fee for chargeable entries is not on our bank account at the latest 7 working days after becoming due, or the backlink not set up on the homepage, the entered page will be deleted from our index.
(7) If for any reason the entered page cannot be published after payment of the annual fee, the amount paid will be refunded within 10 working days.
(8) Premium entries can only be accepted for our web catalogue. Only standard entries are possible for entries in web catalogues that are connected with the link network.
(9) It is only compulsory to set up a backlink and to pay the annual fee for premium entries in our web catalogue. The publication of an entry after forwarding to a web catalogue in the network is free of charge and without a backlink.

§4 Entries by service providers
(1) Entries in our web catalogue by service providers ( e.e. an entry service ) is allowed only under the following conditions:
- The entry in our web catalogue must by made by hand via the public
  application form.
- An entry may not be made automatically, i.e. through the use of special
  Software.
- The service provider must have his own Internet presence via which he
  offers his services to the logistics industry.
- The service provider must ensure that the owner of the entered website
  receives the access data to his personal logistic-catalog.net account.
  The same goes for access data of web catalogues from the link network
  that also publish the entry.
- Pages that do not comply with our Terms and Conditions must not be entered.
(2) The operator of logistic-catalog.net agrees to reject entries from service providers that do not comply with the given conditions.

§5 Availability:
(1) No guarantee can be given for 24 hour availability of our website or the entries contained therein due to technical reasons.

§6 Caveat:
(1) The operator of logistic-catalog.net reserves the right to reject or to delete entries without giving a reason. There is no natural right to the publication of an entry.
(2) The operator further reserves the right to alter entries, to shorten them or to publish them under another category as that chosen.

§7 Liability:
(1) The operator of logistic-catalog.net is only unconditionally liable for intentional and gross negligence, otherwise only in the case of neglection of significant contractual responsibilities.
(2) The operator of logistic-catalog.net accepts no liability either for interruptions beyond his control with respect to operation of the network nor for his own presence.
(3) As far as the liability of the operator of logistic-catalog.net is excluded or limited, this applies also for his respresentatives and partners.

§8 Cancellation
(1) Cancellation is possible within four weeks in text form without giving any reason, e.g. by letter or eMail. This period begins at the earliest upon receipt of these instructions. Punctual sending of the cancellation is sufficient to comply with the cancellation period. A written cancellation must be sent to:
Logistic Analytic GmbH, Daimlerstr. 13, 61352 Bad Homburg, Germany.
(2) In the case of a valid cancellation, services received on both sides must be returned and any potential uses (e.g. licences or similar) compensated for.
(3) The right of cancellation will prematurely expire if the operator of logistic-catalog.net has begun with provision of service with the specific agreement of the user before the end of the cencellation period or if the user himself has initiated provision.

§9 Data Protection
(1) The user of our services agress that his data may be stored, used and processed for the purpose of provision of our services.
(2) Personal data of the user will be used within the limits of applicable law and solely for the provision of the respective service. Data is only forwarded to members of the link network.
(3) If an entry is deleted either by us or the user, no data is retained and all used data will be deleted.

Severability Clause
If any individual rules of this agreement do not comply with law then the applicable regulations will be enforced. Other unaffected rules remain in force.
