1. Conditions
- The premium listing on our homepage will cost 250.- EUR / year, plus 19% VAT.
- Visually highlighted premium entries using the categories without backlink cost 50.- EUR per year,
   plus 19% VAT. *
- The top link partner listing on every page in the catalog of logistics costs 100.- EUR / per year,
  plus 19% VAT.
- Product Pages (sub-pages of your domain), we additionally calculate 20.- EUR / per year,
  plus 19% VAT.

* Visually highlighted entries - Premium items - above the categories are free of charge if a link back to our website on your website is registered with.

The duration is 12 months and extended for one year, unless the deadline 4 weeks before expiration of the term is terminated.

2. Invoicing
You will receive invoices by post or eMail. For customers in other EU countries we need your ID Nummer to invoice without VAT.

3.Alteration of your text and images for the website
Let us know of any alterations that you would like to your text by telephone or eMail. There is no charge for this.

4. Minimum duration
The minimum duration for your entry at logisticcatalog.com is one year.

5. Cancellation
Your will receive a reminder eMail 6 weeks before expiry to either extend or cancel your entries at logisticcatalog.com.

If you have not cancelled up to 4 weeks before expiry of the agreed period by normal post or by eMail, it will be extendded by a further contractual period. Extraordinary cancellation, e.g. because of business closure or sale of your business is possible at any time.

6. Data protection
Where personal data is gathered on our pages (for example, name, address or eMail addresses), this will always be done as far as possible on a voluntary basis. Use of the product and service is, as far as possible, always without the input of personal data.

We advise your herewith that data transmission via the Internet (e.g. when communicating by eMail) can be subject to security loopholes. It is not possible to ensure absolute protection against access to data by third parties.

The use of the legally required published contact data by third parties for the transmission of advertising and information material that has not been specifically requested is strictly forbidden. In the event of receipt of unrequested advertising material, such as spam mails, the operators of the sites reserve the right to take any legal steps they consider necessary.
